Communal violence in Aligarh in April and May 2006

Ex-gratia to the tune of Rs.1.00 lakh each to the Next of Kin of the deceased   and Rs.50,000/- each to the injured has been sanctioned. On the basis of details furnished by the State Government, ex-gratia has been released for 11 cases of death and 36 serious injury cases.
